The First International Antiquarian Book Fair in Budapest
The Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of Hungary is proud to host the First International Antiquarian Book Fair in Budapest. In Hungary, it is the first time that antiquarians have had the opportunity to present their rare books, manuscripts and other documents at such a large-scale exhibition. The Fair will follow the 42th ILAB Congress which is to welcome not only Hungarian but also booksellers from over the world.

Please fill in (with capital letters) and sign the Exhibition Application Form and return it directly to the Congress Bureau to Zoltán Révhegyi: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note for EU Residents: According to the European Union tax regulation the Organiser will issue the invoice without Value Added Tax and indicate ’’Reverse VAT in EU” on the issued invoice what should be paid by the Exhibitor under its local VAT rules.
Below, please find the most essential information on the requirements of an export license that vendors and customers should be aware of.
We suggest that exhibitors coming from other countries than Hungary prepare a list of the documents they bring with them to the Fair, so that in case of a border screening procedure, they can prove that these were not purchased in Hungary and are not taken over the border illegally.
